Today I turned 15! It was an awesome day! I woke up to balloons, birthday cards, and money. I had a lovely breakfast, then went shopping. I bought some clothes and two movie DVDs. Then I went out to dinner with my family and back to my house for desert. I spent the day with my lovely family, eating sweets, dancing, blasting the music, walking, shopping and now I'm off to watch one of the movies I bought today!

These dresses are too incredible, I can barely keep myself sane just looking at them. The incredible about of detail and texture is unbelievable. Summer vacation is a great time to relax from school, but I don't really enjoy the weather. I love cold weather and the fashion that comes with it so I am excitingly waiting till it gets colder..of course living in Los Angeles it doesn't snow, but at least it gets chilly! I love layering, walking around town and feeling the cold air on my face while my cheeks and nose get super pink(haha), and even just sitting at home or at a cafe and drinking tea. Winter come faster!

Today I wore my new American Apparel shorts. The material is really soft and comfortable aside from them being jean shorts so I was very happy with my purchase.

Today my friend Danielle and I went shopping. I forgot to bring my camera along, but once I got home I took photos of the purchases I made. Danielle and I both were very lucky with our buys today. I am so excited to wear these items. AA hoodies for layering are perfect, black zipper jean shorts from AA I think are going to get a big amount of wear this summer, acid wash biker jacket from H&M which is a perfect look alike of that leather jacket they sold a few months back that I'm still kicking myself about, and cute satin bow hairclips from AA for that girly-girl in me(even though the way I'm planning to wear them is completely opposite of the whole "abercromie beach girl") which actually reminds me to say how much it bugs me when girls, especially in my school, think they are "trendy" by wearing some super short Abercromie shorts and a halter top or one of those high-wasted AA pocket skirts with converse/flats/sandals. I hate bagging on people, but I hope the blogging world understands me here. Everyones style should be unique, but these people don't even know what that is. They go from American Apparel to neon clothing not knowing what to buy/how to wear it.

Oh I don't know why this post is underlined, but I just couldn't get rid of it. Anyways, today was very hot. I am actually very surprised I wore a cardigan, but it was needed in my outfit! ;)

Today I went shopping(but I didn't purchase anything) and got a delicious(and healthy) smoothie. Then for dinner my grandma made me the russian dish blinchiki, it's one of the most delicious type of food ever :D For those of you who aren't russian, you should definitely try it wherever you get the chance to it, but it's different when it's homemade(much better!).

Today was spent at the beach with family and friends, sadly I did not take any photos, and later on some grocery shopping with my mom. I was in the midst of getting ready for a photo when my mom took this, it turned out to be to my liking though. These pants I got yesterday at H&M, they are sort of acid wash jean-like leggings with a little zipper at the bottom. They not only have the amazing look of jeans, but the comfortable feel of leggings. What more can you ask for in a pair of pants?

For the first day of summer I went shopping with my mama. I got this striped pocket top from H&M and a couple things from American Apparel. A girl can never have enough can she? These clothes would fit so perfect into my wardrobe. I can already imagine wearing the acid shorts(American Apparel) with a white pocket tank and keds/biker boots(if i had!!), those two pairs of acid wash jeans seem to make an outfit so much more interesting than the plain old pair of blue jeans or black skinnies, the Erin Wasson-wannabe dress is too gorgeous for words, the white ripped jean-material dress is so late 80s grunge I'm getting jittery just thinking about wearing it(man i wish i was a teenager back then), and well that chanel-esque purse speaks for itself.

I'm not sure if I should be happy summer has finally come in all its glory, or upset because I have to wait at least three months before I can wear/buy any of these fabulous clothes. H&M has truly out done themselves. Some of you have probably seen the Divided Exclusive collection, but the first few pictures are from their regular section, not sure if it's trend or divided. Winter is going to be perfect. Long cozy sweaters and cardigans, velour, fur, leather, and that awesome biker jacket. Who isn't excited?

So sorry for not posting anything lately, I really do love blogging but finals and then weather have taken over me. No worries though, finals and school are over this Thursday and all of next week I will be done with school at 12:30(gotta love finals week schedual). Besides today being very gloomy, I went shopping with my mom in the morning. She knew how much I love my Ray-Ban aviators, so as a end of the school year(almost) gift she got me these ones in black. It gave me the perfect opportunity to play around with them and red lipstick. Taylor Momsen's band The Pretty Reckless is really amazing. I always loved her, but now I love her even more. She is such a big influence style wise as well. To think she's only a year older than me. She makes me want to be a rock and roll fanatic and just dress in studs and grunge. I love it.

I'm really happy with these pants I got at H&M about a week or two ago. When I bought them I wasn't sure if they would look good or not, but to my surprise I love the way they look. I can just imagine wearing them endlessly in the summer, sorta like that model in my earlier post.

Today was probably one of the busiest days I've experienced in a while. I had a bunch of math homework to finish, run a bunch of errands, and drank a bunch of tea. For the day I wore an Armani Exchange long sleeve, Express shorts, Moschino belt, and Aldo sandals.

I also managed to make a quick trip to H&M and picked up a few pretty awesome things that will be up soon!

I have just noticed how many of my clothes I have not shown on my blog/don't wear enough, so my goal is to try and showcase all the clothes that I haven't gotten around to wear yet.

Today was a beautiful day, what better then to go for a walk with my mommy and get some green iced tea. I wore an H&M blazer, Banana Republic tank, MET jeans, F21 pink flats, and Urban Outfitters sunglasses.

Oh how I love everyones sense of style on this show. (90210) Kelly hands down is my favorite. You just gotta love her. From the multiple colored blazers and high wasted jeans to the perfectly worn headbands to the bandage dresses. I have been so inspired! Its quite a shame people don't dress like this to school anymore. At my school almost everyone just throws on such "lazy day" kinda clothes and then they always ask me why I'm so dressed up? I just tell them they are too dressed down!

Although it was not the sunniest weather today, I spent my day at the beach. It was actually quite lovely, not too hot and not too cold. I even got a tan! I got this H&M leopard bathing suit about a week ago and just couldn't wait to show it off. I know I've been wearing these sunglasses a lot, but they have just been fitting in so perfectly to my outfits.

Apologies for not blogging for a while. Things have just been so hectic lately. I've been going through renewing my summer wardrobe/losing weight/not feeling like having my photos taken/stressing about my grades and final exams. For a little while I have decided to post photos of my current lusted-after looks. As genius as runways are, and I know we all get a little too excited during fashion week, or I do at least; I still think it is much more inspiring to look at how women really dress(models in particular) outside on the street. I have recently developed a big love for Erin Wasson and Lily Donaldson. Them along with Natasha Poly are really the best of the best. Well I'm of to do some geometry homework, I hope everyone had a great weekened!

This is one of my all time favorite pictures of an Ashley. She looks so comfortable and effortlessly stylish all at the same time. Today was pretty hot in LA so I decided it was the perfect day to dress up channeling her essence. Of course, it was not the same, but fashion isn't about copying something you see someone wearing. It's about putting your own personal touch of you into your outfit and that's what makes us all unique.
